Catering Menu - To setup a catering, please call the location closest to your event.
1. Print the FAX ORDER FORM.
2. Using the menu, fill out the order form.
3. Fax it to us (location #s on form), and call us (location #s on form) to confirm we received it.
4. Drive to the restaurant, go to the register, pay, and be on your way!
